Nyurah’s Reservation Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 35,000 RWF per guest is required to secure your reservation, payable within 24 hours of  making the provisional booking. Please be aware that non-payment constitutes a cancellation of the provisional booking.  

The guests must notify the restaurant if they will be late at least 30 minutes before their reservation time. A fee of 5,000 RWF will be charged per guest if late to their reservation without notification. Please be aware that the reservation will be held for 30 minutes before waiving the reservation. 

REFUND POLICY 

FOR TABLES OF 4 PERSONS OR LESS, A 100% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN for any cancellation or modification made by the guest no later than 24 HOURS PRIOR to your booking. 

FOR TABLES OF 5 PERSONS OR MORE, A 100% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN for any cancellation or modification made by the guests no later than 72 HOURS PRIOR to your booking 

In the case of a late cancellation, no show, or late notification by the guest, an additional fee of 20,000 RWF per person will be charged to your bill. 

Late notification by the guest pertaining to modifications regarding the number of guests will be charged a fee of 20,000 RWF per cancelled seating.  

DISCLAIMER MENU/ALLERGENS 

All menus are subject to change without notice. Items on our menu may, despite the best efforts and care of our kitchen staff, contain traces of allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, shellfish, soy  products, eggs, dairy, and wheat.  

TABLE ALLOCATION 

Table allocation is subject to the capacity of the bookings on the day and tables are allocated at the sole  discretion of management. 

SECURE PARKING 

Payable parking is available inside the Alliance building (BPR headquarters) on the Basement floor.
